One of These Things is Not Like the Others

I won a lot of 15 Ron Santo cards on ebay last week.  I already own all of them and in most cases several copies.  So why did I shell out $2.24?  Well, there was one card I didn't have.  Now it's time to play our game:

Here's 9 of the 15

Can you tell me which one?  Scroll down for the answer.

Yep, you were right!  It's a 1969 or 1970 Transogram.  There's a little ding on the right edge about a third of the way down.  Otherwise it's in excellent shape.  Scratch another vintage oddball piece off my list.

  2. I picked the Transogram, too! I've been looking for a budget version of the card for a while. I hope I can find one at the bargain price you paid.

  3. I guess correctly as well. I'll have to see if I have either of those two All-Time Fan Favorites Santo cards.

    1. Card bloggers are very smart. Maybe in an idiot savant way (are we still allowed to use that term?) but we do know our cards.

  5. Very nice pick up. I hope to hit lotto so I can afford the Yankees I've seen. 5 grand for a Mantle grade 8. Yeesh.
