Patrick Kane is currently tied for the top spot in total points in the NHL with 63.  I picked up this 13 card mini collection from COMC on Black Friday weekend.  Like the Hossa's I think I found a nice variety of inexpensive cards.

Here Come the Hawks!

It's a great time to be a hockey fan in Chicago.  Last night the Blackhawks held off the Bruins in Boston 3-2  for their eighth straight win and became the first team to reach 20 wins this season.  I added these two cards to my Black Friday COMC order.

The Blackhawks are having a stellar year to say the least.  Last night they took care of the Dallas Stars 8-1, capped off by this terrific goal by the highly skilled Patrick Kane:

I'm a Blackhawks fan so seeing Kaner made the pack for me.  Malkin's got some nice hardware there as well.

Like the first pack this one had two goalies in the seven cards.  Is Nilolai back in Chicago?  I see some Indians in the crowd.

Is there an insert in every pack?  Not sure what to make of this odd shot taken at last year's Winter Classic in Philadelphia.  It's different.

That Blonde is Unbelievable

Has everyone seen the video of Patrick Kane at the NHL All-Star draft?

He's whispering to former teammate Brian Campbell about a woman he sees in the crowd, "that blonde is unbelievable."
