That's a great Gordie Howe card! I can't wait to see Alex Ovechkin reach 800 goals. Not sure if he'll catch Gretzky though.
Thanks. One of the few fun things about getting old is being able to say you got a 1968-69 Gordie Howe for a penny. Pack pulled but unfortunately not pack fresh. It was the first year I collected hockey cards.
A. Gretzky's goal is one of the main reasons I dove head first into collecting hockey in the mid 90's. That and playing NHL on the Sega Genesis.B. That Howe is my favorite hockey card of all-time. Such a beautiful card.
I'm prejudiced by nostalgia but I really like that set.
