Where Did This Bobby Orr Photo Come From?

I found this picture of Bruins legend Bobby Orr in one of my boxes of "stuff".  It's 9" x 6" with a semi glossy front on medium card stock.

I can't recall where I got this.  A little online research revealed this:

I sure have no memory of sending away for this but maybe I did. I guess I can be forgiven.  It would have been over forty years ago.
