2010 Obak Box Break -- Pack 18
Day 10 -- Pack 18
I like the Greenberg mini
Connie Mack is my favorite from this pack. Tony LaRussa would have to manage 12 more years averaging about 90 wins a season to catch him.
2010 Obak Box Break -- Pack 17
Almost there -- Pack 17:
My favorite in this pack goes to Eddie Cicotte and his marvelous purple cloud background.

2010 Obak Box Break -- Pack 15
I received my box of Tristar Obak a week ago Monday. Can you believe I have only opened 16 of 20 packs? Here's Pack 15:
May favorite card from this pack has to be the Moe Berg. A WWII era spy, Casey Stengel called Moe, "the strangest man ever to play baseball."

I've got to make the signed Luis Gonzalez my favorite card of this good pack. He's a fan favorite in Phoenix and I liked him for the couple of years he played with the Cubs. I have a couple of relic cards but not any auto's so though this card isn't worth much monetarily I was happy to see it.

This card is representative of what is great about this set, lots of baseball history big and small.

2010 Obak Box Break -- Pack 12
On to pack 12:
Does anyone know why Hulk Hogan is in this set? He's "The Pop Icon". The only one? Hulk Hogan? I don't get it, Tristar.
I once read that in a taste test people preferred Hunts Catsup to Heinz Ketchup. Not me man. I was raised on Ketchup and I'm not switching. Here's to you, Henry Heinz. You are my favorite card in pack 12.

I'm declaring my first tie for favorite card in the pack.
Having read the book, The Greatest Game Ever Played I was hoping to get the Francis Ouimet card. Even if you're not a golf fan you should check out the book.
One of the 1919 "Black Sox" Buck Weaver was implicated in the fix and was suspended for life although he hit .324 in the Series and made no errors.
This card is a copy of the Obak 1911 both front and back.

I'm a sucker for old ballparks so my favorite card in this pack has to be Col. Stevens and Elysian Field.
