I always joke that I must have been dropped on my head as a baby. My memory for the past is awful and I usually forget names and faces as soon as someone walks away from me. Apparently I'm also oblivious to spelling errors that are staring me right in the face.
I've had a bunch of these 1983 Donruss Action All Stars boxes for over thirty years. It wasn't until just the other day when I noticed:
Donruss did notice at some point as there are boxes out there that spell Mickey's last name correctly. Is this the only known example of an error box? If I've seen one before I probably forgot about it.
Sometimes I think that early '80s Donruss actually wanted us to believe that kids produced their sets.
ReplyDeleteYou've stored boxes of 1983 Donruss Action All-Star boxes for three decades? You're my heor! Oops... I mean hero!
ReplyDeleteYou must mean idiot. I did open all the packs when I got them. I still have most of the cards. I think I gave away a set once. They are practically worthless, although I like them.
DeleteHow would 2 free packs make 60 cents profit?
ReplyDeleteI think there were 38 packs in the box but they retailer only paid for 36.
