Fan Pack Fun 2011 -- Green Bay Packers

The Green Bay Packers require a mailed in request for their fan pack but it's a nice one.  Here's what 32 cents bought me:

 I like the way they include their championships in the logo.

The full sheet schedule has a space at the end to log the result of the game.
