Brooklyn Dodgers pitcher Don Newcombe is celebrating his 86th birthday today.
Newk was the 1949 ROY, 1956 NL MVP and Cy Young winner, and went 20-5 in the Bums 1955 Championship season.

Tennis great Stephanie Graf is celebrating her 43rd birthday today.
Steffi ended her career having won 4 Australian Opens, 6 French Opens, 5 US Opens and 7 Wimbledons. She also brought home an Olympic Gold Medal.
