A $25 Ebay Gift Card Got Me Part 5 -- An Old Friend

Last year my sister-in-law and brother-in-law gave me a $25 Ebay gift card for Christmas.  Here's what I ended up with.  This year they were nice enough to treat me again.

This was my first purchase , second, , third  and fourth.

Here's my fifth purchase.  Cost $2.13, shipped .  So far $21.11.

Bob led the league in wins with 22 in 1958.  A third of an earned run per nine innings more in 1959 netted him only 8 wins and a league leading 19 losses.  I don't think the background is Forbes Field.  Can anyone identify the ballpark?
