I can’t believe Hamilton even tried to score on the play in which he got injured! Maybe he was following orders from the third base coach, but why would you attempt to score on a fly out that was approximately 50 feet from home plate? He would have been better off staying put and then explaining to his coaches and manager Ron Washington why he didn’t try to score.
