1953 Bowman TV and Radio Stars of NBC

I'm still looking for a particular star from both the 1953 and 1954 Bowman sets but I do love the Carl Reiner.  The William Conrad was a bonus.

In addition to being the co-creator of Rob Reiner, Carl created the classic sit-com, "The Dick Van Dyke Show".  This is a classic moment featuring Carl as Alan Brady:

Conrad may be best known for his starring roll in the 1970's cop show, "Cannon".

  1. Both are fine pieces of cardboard... I need to start looking for cards like these.

William Conrad was a very successful radio actor... Among his thousands of roles, he played Marshall Matt Dillon on Gunsmoke, before the series moved to TV.

Conrad was also the narrator for The Adventures Of Rocky And Bullwinkle.

  2. I didn't know that about R&B but I can definitely hear the voice in my head. Can you guess who the star is that I'm really after? It's easy. Problem is it always goes for more than $20 and I just don't feel like paying that much right now.
