Three 1960's sitcom stars share a birthday today, Frances Bavier, Morey Amsterdam, and Patty Duke. I'm just old enough to vaguely recall seeing originals of their shows and have of course seen countless re-runs over the years.

Actress and author Patty Duke is celebrating her 66th birthday today.

Patty's pictured above and below in her dual role as identical cousins, Patty and Cathy Lane on The Patty Duke Show which ran from 1963-1966. Patty has also written two books chronicling her battles with Manic-Depressive illness, Call Me Anna and A Brilliant Madness.
